PLACING ONLINE ORDERS

Once you place and pay for an order, we send a message to our distribution centre to pick the stock and then dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you’ve paid.

Courier delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the order’s destination.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take between 2-5 days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 7 days. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you wish to get a more exact estimate.

SHIPPING AND RATES

Trigend nationwide South African shipping is serviced through a dedicated courier delivery company. Our courier partners costs associated with deliveries, are standard countrywide built-in as a flat rate when you checkout. This only applies to major centres in South Africa. If you fall outside of these areas, there may be an additional delivery charge.

Our couriers will only complete delivery if someone is on hand to physically sign for an order. This allows us to make sure, you get the item you ordered.

All product orders do include all packaging and handling costs. Please note: this applies to orders delivered within South Africa only. Trigend do not, unfortunately, handle any cross-border deliveries at present.

ORDER SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

Once the order has been placed, and our courier has been notified. you will then be notified by email of the order being dispatched. This email notification will include order and tracking information.
